The apache configuration for resolving these domains is in /etc/apache2/sites-available/bio2rdf Virtuoso instances used for storing bio2rdf data are installed in /opt/virtuoso/bio2rdf/ on S3 and S2 (S1 is not being used currentl, but it may hold virtuoso instances in the future).
